30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Nexis AI offers Users a one-time money-back guarantee within thirty (30) days of initial subscription. Users unsatisfied with the Service may cancel and request a refund within this period by contacting support.
Refund Requests: To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee, Users must clearly communicate their intent by email at [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed promptly, typically within several business days, back to the original payment method.
No Refunds After 30 Days: After thirty (30) days from the initial purchase, all subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are provided for partial months or unused services following this period.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and Service access will continue through the remainder of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle Users to refunds after the initial 30-day guarantee period.
Processing of Refunds: Refunds are credited directly to the payment method initially used by the User. Nexis AI bears no responsibility for processing delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment providers.
